Overview:
Crystal Group, one of the world's leading garment manufacturers, is using Verizon Private IP to streamline communication across its global business operations. Crystal Group had historically used point-to-point IPLC (International Private Leased Circuits) network to link its various sites. However, this suffered from inflexible performance and reliability issues, leading to a breakdown in the supply chain which had an impact on manufacturing efficiency, increased inventory, delayed time to market and customer business. Crystal Group decided to run its business critical applications and collaboration systems on the Verizon Private IP Multi-Protocol Label Switching network. Verizon Business operates an expansive, global Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) network with connectivity in more than 2,800 cities.
