Overview:
With 47 aged care facilities across Australia, Amity Group rely upon their communications and technology systems to help them deliver consistent levels of care to their residents. Service delivery is managed centrally, with both web and phone based technologies being critical to the delivery of information to carers and clinical employees. To further improve and expand the range of services available to residents of aged care facilities, Chang decided it was time to move to IP. A Mitel's 3300 IP Communications solution was chosen, in combination with a campus wide gigabit Ethernet and wireless network for the entire pilot project site.
