Overview:

Medica is a regional healthcare provider headquartered in Minneapolis and active in the Upper Midwest. To better manage its rapidly growing and diverse employee base, Medica required an advanced performance management process that would link employee goals to the organization and corporate mission. The team also wanted to integrate the existing HRIS with the new workforce performance management system.
