IT Core Corporation wanted to investigate low-cost services using virtualization technology to reduce the cost and increase datacenter efficiency and evaluate the latest hardware and software virtualization technologies, its features and capabilities. As a solution they deployed virtualization environment running Virtual Iron 4 on HP ProLiant DL580 G5 servers fitted with the six-core Intel Xeon Processor 7400 Series.
