Overview:
Adams and Reese needed a way to communicate with employees and clients in the event of a disaster in order to secure employee safety and conduct business when email and BlackBerry service were down. The law firm planned for and implemented a solution for email continuity by contracting a service from Dell for use during emergencies and other outages. Dell EMS Email Continuity provided the ability to communicate in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and proved to be a lifesaver for the staff and the business.
