Overview:
Brasilcap Capitalizacao S.A. wanted to provide a robust business, financial, and human resources management solution capable of meeting company needs and ensure the accuracy of company planning and financial commitments to keep pace in the competitive securities market. The challenge was to reduce spreadsheet reliance in the budget process to minimize additional work and improve data accuracy and access control and enhance decision-making abilities for executives by accurately aligning budget accounts. Brasilcap Capitalizacao S.A. worked with Oracle Partner Quanam to implement Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Planning and Budgeting - restructuring the budget process and providing comprehensive management for corporate decision making and purchase order approvals.
