Overview:

China Life Insurance Co. wanted to establish next-generation operating and management systems to improve efficiency and support business growth and support large numbers of online users and transactions. The challenge was to ensure the security of the database and operating system by centralizing control at head office and make it easy for staff to manage and maintain the new systems. China Life Insurance Co. selected Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle WebLogic Suite to build a three-layer business management system that can process online transactions and support a large user base and enabled large amounts of data to be processed quickly by leveraging features such as load balancing and service prioritizing offered by Oracle Tuxedo.
