Companía de Parques Nacionales de Puerto Rico wanted to integrate disparate systems in a single platform to consolidate operations throughout the organization and centralize financial operations between the central office and the various installations to improve operating efficiency. The challenge was to create applications performance monitoring alerts to make timely updates, eliminate technical problems, and ensure availability and increase employees' efficiency and productivity in all areas to improve service to citizens. Companía de Parques Nacionales de Puerto Rico implemented an IT infrastructure with unified Oracle E-Business Suite applications, consolidating disparate systems and unifying operations throughout the organization and leveraged support from Oracle Partner Orizon Consulting Group and Oracle Metalink to ensure a successful, timely, and problem-free implementation.
