Overview:
Sankar Nayar is IT Manager for the Ireland branch of GameStop, the world's largest video game retailer. Nayar is responsible for the seamless running of all I.T. infrastructure and retail applications to support the business. One of the biggest challenges was to describe software development methodologies using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. Nayar found SmartDraw in PC Magazine, and decided to give it a try. Right away, they could tell that SmartDraw was heads and tails above the alternatives like Microsoft Visio.
