Overview:
Benton County Prosecutors and its county seat Bentonville, home to Wal-Mart's corporate headquarters, are located in one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Arkansas. They are the second largest county and the fourth largest district in the state. The Benton County Prosecutor's Office required a case management solution that would accommodate their growing criminal case workload and technical solutions to better track the caseloads of Victim Services, Child Abuse, Domestic Violence, Drug Crimes and Hot Check cases. After evaluating JustWare and visiting New Dawn customers, New Dawn was chosen for the project.
