Overview:
The Salvation Army Wonderland Camp and Conference Center located at Camp Lake, Wisconsin is the oldest continuing Salvation Army camp in the United States. Realizing the efficiency, reliability and cost-effectiveness of ever-advancing computer networking technology, The Salvation Army's IT Director, decided it was time to take action and bring the camp's computer systems together into a LAN (Local Area Network); a network would streamline internal systems, bring processes in concert, provide Internet access for each PC and ultimately boost productivity. The D-Link sales and technical team worked closely with Phillips in devising a viable computer network. With the technical kinks worked out and a layout devised, the D-Link network was ready to be installed.
