Overview:
Goldsmith Williams Solicitors wanted to differentiate Goldsmith Williams though a personalized online experience that helps the firm's customers provide superior service for their clients and reduce application turnaround times for remortgaging and conveyancing as well as road traffic accident services. The challenge was to manage constant change by helping brokers and service providers improve their speed and quality of service. Goldsmith Williams Solicitors implemented Oracle WebCenter Suite to replace paper-based processes and provide customers with a personalized online portal for the remortgaging process as well as achieved turnaround rates as fast as four days for remortgages - with an industry-low average of seven days.
