Overview:
Requirements-Driven Testing (RDT) is a sure-fire way to improve project outcomes. With nearly two-thirds of IT projects failing, the pressure is on to strengthen the connection between requirements and the QA and test processes. With an RDT approach, one can improve the quality of the requirements, involve QA earlier in the lifecycle and maximize the projects' ability to deliver on their objectives. The attendee will learn how to optimize the QA and testing processes by keeping testing activities aligned with business-facing and performance-oriented requirements. The presenter gives state-of-the-art lessons in tracing high-quality requirements right through the lifecycle to QA and test, while keeping projects on track with the original business requirements.
