Data access has evolved to make working with databases easier and more productive. In the Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.5, access to data is integrated natively into the languages. The presenter shows some of these access technologies, including Language-Integrated Query (LINQ) and related tools, to see how they impact the development approach.
