Overview:

A government agency that deals in highly classified and sensitive data has 25 high-density servers and was looking for a management solution which would allow simultaneous multi-user access to its servers. Given the nature of the data, it was critically important that any online access be highly secure. An integrator recommended the Minicom centralized management solution which consisted of the PX overseen by KVM.net. This high performance cost-effective solution provides complete BIOS level access. The KVM.net manager has the ability to manage and control high density, distributed server and serial device environments.
