Overview:

As the Network Technician for Columbia Credit Union, it was up to Anthony Swanson to find an email archiving solution that would fit his and his company's needs. Fundamentally, disaster recovery and restoration capabilities were CCU's primary concern. Also, CCU's mail volumes had continued to grow year over year and users were reluctant to properly organize and manage their own mail, simply wanting more and more space. Consequently, back-up windows for the messaging systems had grown too far and needed to be reduced. During the selection process, Anthony was left feeling very comfortable with the ZL solution. In fact, the strength of the ZL solution has been in its consistent and reliable operation.
