Overview:
The IT division supporting Tech Mahindra's Mumbai and Pune offices had in place a good mature set of ITIL Best Practices for few processes. ISO/IEC 20000 certification was achieved in support of a strategy of continuous improvement of IT services and alignment of IT service delivery and management to business need and also to give confidence to its clients for whom it does remote infrastructure management services. In order to maximize the internal effort and maintain business as usual support and delivery, Vyom labs provided various templates, work instructions, process book templates for ISO/IEC 20000 compliant process implementation accelerator.
