Overview:

GardenSoft is a software company servicing the green industry and the water industry. They use QuickBooks for their bookkeeping and ACT! for their contact management. Both programs have identical entry information. Contact data entry and management is very important to them because their entire business is built around their leads and customers. And they can't afford to miss out on any single contact. Their customers and their contact information are the most important assets to their company. GardenSoft came across AddressGrabber. Subsequently, they tested it to see how useful it was going to be for them. They came out with the inference, quite rightly, that they won't be able to find a better program to help them out for the cost to their company.
