Overview:

Multidyne is a long-term user of ACT!. They import leads from several 3rd party lists and internet. They maintain ACT! database with more than 100,000 records. Importing records from different sources leads to data duplicates, due to the lack of efficiency in ACT!'s in-built duplicate checking algorithm in flagging duplicates. The in-built duplicate checking algorithm in ACT! is very rudimentary and basic, and manual duplicate checking is not practical or feasible. Multidyne searched for an effective Duplicate Checking program for ACT! and got introduced to eGrabber DupChecker through a local ACT! Certified Consultant.
