Overview:

Reeve & Associates is an executive search firm specializing in the Marketing Research disciplines. The challenge for the recruiting firm was to consolidate the data spread across duplicate records into one. ACT! in-built duplicate checking was rudimentary in finding duplicates and can only combine 2 records at a time. Manual de-duping in 55,000 contacts is simply unimaginable. Reeve & Associates tried other merging solutions but they didn't work any better than ACT!. Reeve & Associates tried eGrabber DupChecker for ACT! and found it solving the challenge at hand. The combination of Robust DupCheck and PowerMerger got the job done in few hours.
