Castle Point Mortgage is committed to making the process of buying or refinancing home as simple and as affordable as possible. Castle Point Mortgage receives about 2,000 e-mails weekly and had a tough time in segregating, extracting and updating the in-house mortgage system. They wanted a solution that can automate the entire workflow of downloading e-mails, extracting lead information from them and updating the mortgage system with it. Castle Point Mortgage tried eMail-Lead Grabber and found it to be the perfect solution he was in need of, to automate the entire lead processing workflow.
