Overview:

For the business to grow Music Broker Network had to spend as much time as possible with their clients. The Music broker network received a huge number of email requests, approximately 200 emails each week, from network members. Manually entering and storing information from each of these email occupied a huge chunk of his time. They needed a solution to process multiple orders from their website every day, which would be too labor-intensive to do manually. Music Broker Network was introduced to eMail-Lead Grabber in a Goldmine Conference. They noticed that many lead managers were using eMail-Lead Grabber to automate lead email processing and to transfer data into GoldMine database. They then tried eMail-Lead Grabber and were surprised at how efficiently it automated the entire backend data processing workflow.
