Overview:
Accredited Home Lenders, a US-based premier mortgage banker, is using Halogen's web-based eAppraisal. Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. is a premier mortgage banker servicing all U.S. markets for non-prime residential mortgage loans. In 2003 and 2004 the company's population ballooned by approximately 25 percent annually. With exploding workforce, they needed to implement an employee appraisal system that was more efficient and consistent. After selecting Halogen eAppraisal Accredited Home Lenders embarked on a 90-day training and implementation process, there was little resistance from employees to the new system. Halogen's solution has significantly improved the performance appraisal process at Accredited Home Lenders. Accredited now has approximately 2000 staff members involved in the eAppraisal process.
