Overview:

The White Bear Lake Area Schools in Minnesota enjoy the atmosphere of a close-knit community with the learning opportunities of a major metropolitan center. Technology Manager made several attempts to address the district's spam problem, as this type of communication can significantly impede the educational process and even put children at risk. Technology Manager's first attempt to stop the influx of spam was to install a filter that flagged e-mails based on their content. The problem was that while it stopped most of the spam messages, it didn't stop all of them. Sendio solved their problem by holding unwanted messages up at the front door and only allowing legitimate e-mails to enter their mail system.
