Overview:

Khronos is a private investment group responsible for managing partner and client capital with a focus on alternative investments. Because of the high-value financial transactions that Khronos undertakes, the security of its e-mail messaging system is critical to the organization's success. Unfortunately, the influx of unwanted messages was having a negative effect on the firm's productivity - it even had an impact on the company's ability to execute investment decisions. When they deployed Sendio's ESP to their first group of users, the spam disappeared overnight. After deploying the ESP, help desk ticket numbers were reduced by 15-20 percent due to the elimination of unreliable filters. In addition, there was a reduction in IT costs associated with tracking incorrectly blocked e-mails.
