Overview:
Automated conferencing is an easy-to-use audio conferencing solution that does not require an operator, but has the security of a reservation. This paper states the steps to start and join an automated conference call. The steps include scheduling the call online or by calling reservations number; give participants the date and time of the call, the dial-passcode; at the specified time, dial the automated dial-in number; when prompted, enter the passcode followed by #.
