Overview:
The client experienced the following operational issues: financial statements not available real time, structuring the modular Bill of Material with Drawing and Revision Number, updating the BOM based on revision changes to drawing and tracking the project cost from Quotation to Installation. An appropriate ERP package was needed to overcome the above issues. BSI's team of consultants first developed a business function model and business process model. In addition, they identified the various requirements such as integration, statutory compliance, etc. The solution is used for Financial Accounting, Inventory Management, Manufacturing & Planning operations.
