Overview:
The client was on a growth trajectory. However, its existing systems were becoming an impediment to growth due to: limitations in expanding customer reach due to inherent limitations in their existing legacy IT infrastructure, inadequate integration of multiple systems, adding new distribution channels was time-consuming and laborious and reduction in cycle time to service the clients through call center. BSI's team started the engagement by conducting a high-level visualization exercise. This was followed by a Business Process Improvement (BPI) study. BSI then defined the business architecture based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Framework.
