Overview:

Single sign-on enables users to authenticate once in order to access many resources. Does this single point of authentication also introduce a single point of attack and thereby reduce overall network security? As demonstrated in the paper, single sign-on does not reduce overall network security, and indeed, may raise it. Does SSO reduce network security? This paper tries to answer such questions.
