Overview:
After so many years of growth in the business use of mobile email through the addictive and apparently ubiquitous BlackBerry, one might have thought the whole issue of the mobile email market opportunity was dead and buried. At Quocirca it has been something they have researched a number of times over the last few years to see how the early stages of executive use would spread with increasing momentum and widen out the use of mobile data right across the organisation. The reality of the statistics however are that even though BlackBerrys run into tens of millions, email accounts number hundreds of millions and there are over a billion mobile phones.
