Schahin Group wanted to guarantee an ample, detailed vision of the supply process, which represents 70% of the group's engineering sector and streamlines contract management, which is critical for the engineering unit, for hundreds of subcontractors at each worksite. The challenge was to consolidate several of the group's activities into a single solution (telecommunications, oil, and financing) and maximize past investments with JDE EnterpriseOne. Schahin Group obtained a vision of supply flow with JDE EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management Suite and achieved its integration with other backoffice modules, such as cash flow and accounting as well as achieved more effective management relations with hundreds of subcontractors and providers at each worksite.
