Overview:
At Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company, the number-one priority is their customers. They are constantly evaluating the processes in an effort to determine how one can provide faster turnaround time and better customer services - this has been the driver for their success for the past 125 years. Prior to implementing an email management tool, the company had to print email messages, then submit them to a batch to be scanned and indexed if one wanted to incorporate them into an automated workflow. When one incorporated an email management tool, which allowed them to import information into the EDMS, the results were impressive. DocFinity Workflow allows it to query a database and to automatically populate fields with customer information.
