Superpartners is the leading administrator in industry superannuation funds with more than a 55% share of the industry funds market. With increased industry fund regulation and booming membership growth, Superpartners faced a significant challenge in managing its information and IT infrastructure. The nature of the industry adds further challenge as superannuation and managed funds are dramatically complex in nature and scale. As demand for member services grows, the infrastructure needs to be scalable and manageable to help meet the needs of its large client base. Superpartners engaged HP to conduct an Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Data Optimisation consultation in 2007.
