Overview:

Aurora Health Care is a not-for-profit integrated health care provider operating in East Wisconsin in the United States. The organization runs 13 hospitals and 100 clinics, plus the second largest retail pharmacy chain in the state. To provide a consistent level of care across its facilities, staff at Aurora Health Care needs fast and reliable access to electronic patient records as well as results from a wide range of tests. The organization's network is critical to sharing this information, and must therefore remain highly available and operate at an optimal performance level. Aurora Health Care uses CA SPECTRUM Network Fault Manager (NFM) and CA eHealth Network Performance Manager (NPM) to monitor around 8,000 network devices and capture important availability and performance metrics.
