Overview:

Telenet wanted to replace legacy project management system - which was highly customized and difficult to maintain - with a solution that could support large, network-installation projects and implement an integrated project-management solution, allowing the company to link to other Oracle modules, such as Oracle Financials and Oracle Procurement. The challenge was to minimize customization requirements and gain the ability to adopt new functionality to support changing business models. Telenet implemented Oracle Project Management to support Telenet's network installation division as well as provided an accurate view of time- and budget commitments, increasing visibility of and control over project performance.
