Overview:

Czech National Bank (CNB) wanted to protect sensitive documents outside of CNB's internal network (flash drives, CD/DVDs, notebooks, etc.) and increase protection of sensitive documents stored in CNB's internal network. The challenge was to allow dynamic central management of access rights and enable the organization to audit in detail all access to protected documents. CNB worked with Oracle Partner Profinit to implement Oracle Information Rights Management to protect the content of sensitive documents inside as well as outside the internal CNB network against abuse and unauthorized copying as well as enabled centralized rights management, making it possible to change rights even if the document is located outside of the internal network.
