Overview:
The Tote is a familiar landmark on the Great Britian horse racing scene. To improve its customer service and business agility, the Tote needed to replace its existing monolithic Will Pays system with a modern service-oriented architecture. The Tote created a SOA-based Will Pays system, creating of reusable, business focused service integrated across a distributed environment by Progress Sonic ESB. Progress Sonic ESB provided a reliable and scalable backbone for the Will Pays system, ensuring reliable communication between Will Pays services.
