Established in 1998, One.Tel Hong Kong is a fast-growing telecommunications service Provider. The company wanted to build and maintain a highly reliable business support systems that could provide 7x24x365 service to customers and real-time information to the customer service center. One.Tel developed its applications using Progress OpenEdge development tools and integrated them with Sonic ESB. Rapid transaction processing across multiple applications allows One.Tel and its reseller partners to swiftly update customer information and improve sales and support operations.
