Overview:

One of the key dermatology teams in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde face a significant challenge: their resources are distributed across three locations. With dozens of users comprising both consultants and administrative staff, they needed to find a digital dictation system that could share the load across Royal Alexandra Infirmary, Vale of Leven Infirmary and Inverclyde Royal Infirmary. The last thing they needed was to have to think about couriers or transport logistics for reports and dictations. Voice Technologies solution made all this straightforward. Using the WinScribe system, staff at any hospital can dictate their reports and findings, which can then be transcribed by any member of the administrative team - irrespective of which building they are based in.
