Overview:

Nuestra Senora de Fatima Hospital has 217 beds and 340 professionals including healthcare and non-healthcare staff. The centre specializes in cardiovascular surgery, physiotherapy, emergency medicine, internal medicine, radiology and orthopaedics. In 2006, Nuestra Senora de Fatima Hospital embarked on a second phase to implement an electronic health record, again in partnership with iSOFT. Additional x-HIS modules were implemented for Medical Station, Clinical Request Manager (x-GPC), Medical Prescription Document and Electronic Clinical History (e-HC), which support doctors' needs and enables them to do their jobs more efficiently. The Hospital deployed SpeechMagic which made integration easy and produced excellent results from the outset.
