Overview:

Following the reorganization of Leon Berard's services, doctors were located as far as 500 meters from their secretaries. The transfer of tapes had become difficult, and this situation created delays in the transcription of medical reports and letters. Leon Berard needed to resolve this issue without compromising their quality of healthcare and their staff's needs. With this in mind, they decided to examine digital dictation solutions. Leon Berard deployed WinScribe Digital Dictation which eliminated the problem of physical transfer of tapes, and this has also led to a more balanced workload across secretaries.
