Overview:

Kuang Chuan Dairy Co. Ltd. (Kuang Chuan) offers a range of more than 200 dairy products to outlets across all of Taiwan. It employs more than 2,000 workers, many of whom are salespersons dealing direct with independent retailers. Previously, all sales and stock reports were filed manually, a task that took up to 1.5 hours per day, and still allowed stock errors. Together with Microsoft Technical Support, Kuang Chuan implemented a Windows Mobile 5.0 solution that integrated all sales, stock, order, training, and returns information into PDAs carried by each salesperson. The new solution saved 10 hours per salesperson per week, and significantly reduced stock loss errors.
