Overview:
A Cisco CallManager cluster is a set of two or more Cisco CallManager servers that share the same database and resources. For example, a cluster might consist of three Cisco CallManager servers that users set up as a cluster. This white paper describes the structure of a multiple-cluster configuration of Cisco CallManager, how Cisco Unity integrates with Cisco CallManager, and the integration features that are available in this environment.
