Overview:

T-Mobile International is one of the world's leading companies in the field of mobile communication, offering mobile services under the name of T-Mobile in Germany, United Kingdom, United States, the Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia and Hungary. The company wanted to integrate operations in the wake of the merger with Hungarian Telecom and develop fixed and mobile convergent solutions, together with tariff bundles which offer discounts across wireline and mobile services. The challenge was to develop a transparent and flexible infrastructure that could be managed easily and form the basis of further development. T-Mobile deployed comprehensive SOA and BPM solution from BEA to create an open, standards-based framework - based on the reuse of services.
