Overview:
The Central Corporate Services Unit (CCSU) is the New South Wales (NSW) Government's shared corporate service provider. Off late the CCSU required a centralized solution to replace its intranet and enhance client communications by offering clients a complete shop for exchanging information. Such a solution would help the government's central agencies improve their knowledge sharing. CCSU chose BEA AquaLogic User Interaction portal to provide its staff with an internal community portal. The solution met CCSU's requirements best in terms of improving electronic purchasing and application development, both workflow processes.
