Overview:

ICICI Prudential wanted to implement a sales force automation system to make it easier for the sales, marketing, and service departments to help customers. The challenge was to unify processes across the enterprise and provide visibility into critical business information and significant trend events Ensure high availability and scalability. ICICI Prudential engaged Oracle Certified Partner Clover Infotech to build a clustered server infrastructure based on Oracle Database with Real Application Clusters 10g as well as gained a powerful and stable database platform on which to run the sales force automation system.
