Overview:

Mennonite Mutual Aid (MMA), a non-profit financial services organization based in Goshen, Ind., was looking for a replacement for its existing document automation software. Its legacy application was showing its age and limitations. MMA also needed to address a challenge related to statements for its retirement plans. The file was so large and the statements took so long to generate that they couldn't archive the final documents. regenerate the file. MMA wanted to be able to archive individual statements for future reference. The company selected Oracle Insurance Istream (previously known as Skywire IStream Publisher) to increase efficiency and improve service to its customers.
