Overview:

Merko Ehitus wanted to replace existing multiple legacy software with integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that supports structural changes in the company and business growth and create a modern working environment that provides employees with integrated information to enable improved collaboration. The challenge was to improve tracking of financial information and project accounting to improve management precision and enable rapid and streamlined on boarding of new companies. Merko Ehitus leveraged integrated Oracle E-Business Suite applications to create a flexible and scalable IT infrastructure adapted to a project-focused environment as well as met business needs with Oracle Financials, Oracle Projects, and Oracle Human Resources, with project costing and project billing at the center of the solution.
