Overview:

TietoEnator provides consulting, developing, and hosting services to meet its customers' digital needs. With nearly 16,000 employees, it is one of the largest IT providers in Europe and operates in 30 countries. The company needed to make its reporting processes more accurate and information easier to access. When customers enquired about a project's progress, employees had to contact the developer in person for an update. To solve its reporting issues, TietoEnator upgraded its Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 development tool that it had used since 2000 and deployed the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team System.
