Overview:

Medtronic, Inc. wanted to manage resume submissions from job applicants worldwide, through several channels and several locations and enforce a job application process for both applicants and recruiters, eliminating missed opportunities and backdoor processes. The challenge was to install one central resume solution, allowing Medtronic to centrally manage and search applicant information. Medtronic, Inc. worked with Oracle Partner BnV Consultants to integrate the BnV Resume/CV Solution with Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise iRecruitment, automatically merging all e-mail resumes in one centrally managed system.
